Hi, I am trying to play a video file but I get an error stating

"Error 4294967295 Player does not recognize the audio in this video. Additional Software is required to play."

Now it seems to be a codec issue and a quick google search tells me I need the K-Lite codec pac but that's available for Mac. I also Perian 1.2.3. installed and that does not work either.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thank you

VLC easily. I'd also strongly recommend a WD Live Gen 3 for offline playback - that no problems with virtually anything, even 25GB high bitrate .mkv's.
