Need some help. I have a MacBook Pro 2.53Ghz Core2Duo, 4Gb DDR3 with an nvidia geforce 9400m. I've got Parallels 5 running XP using the virtual machine without boot camp. Now in theory I should have no problem at all running Black and White, the original, with these specs. But my dilemma is that it crashes when I open the game. I don't get any sort of error, it just stops. When I run diagnostics from the install disc, it seems to think I am running Windows 2000 and that my processor speed is -1741Mhz. Not very accurate, to say the least. In System in Control Panel, all the details about my Mac are correct. I have enabled both processors from Parallels preferences, allowed for more RAM, reinstalled B&W numerous times, and I still have the issue. Is this game just not compatible with Parallels? I know that it works perfectly fine on bootcamp... Short of recreating my VM, any other suggestions?
