Okay, so here it goes. Today I installed the gm ios7 release, and it ran like complete crap on my iphone 4. So, I decided to restore it, naturally. After the restore, it gave me the set up screen, followed by an activating iphone screen. It then proceeded to tell me that I needed to connect my phone to the computer to connect, so I did, but apparently, I need itunes 11.1 or later to even access my phone. Anything I can do?

Are you trying to downgrade to iOS 6? I'm confused on what iOS the phone was on after the restore.
