I have 3 hard drives connected via media server and ever since I upgraded to 10.15.5 my 12TB drive has been disconnecting periodically. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Unmount and disconnect the drives from the computer, try doing a SMC reset. See that helps with the disconnect issue.
If that does not help, create a new user account and see if the disconnect issue happens in the new user.
