Issue with shifting text box on my iWeb site.

No matter what browser I view it in, the navigation text box always shifts upward. It's almost as if the spacing is changing, but I fail to see how that would be possible. If anybody has any insight on why my website is doing this, I would be greatly appreciative of any information I can get regarding my issue.

Anybody? Are you all trying to tell me that all 99 people who have viewed this thread don't have the slightest idea, or even a suggestion?
