Issue with Sleep/Awake

Hey Folks
I am facing problem awakening my MBA 2012 13 inch some times
Some times it wakes up with out any problems and works like a champ. Few times when it goes to sleep it doesn't wake up and i need to shutdown by holding the power button and then restart it

Any one know why this is happening?
