Issue with slideshow

Having a weird thing happening with my slideshow. There are about 6 or 8 pictures that I took about a week ago that continually stay at the bottom of the list so whenever I take pictures and go to review them I see a week old picture instead of the one I just took.

Is there a setting for this? I didnt make a separate folder for these pictures.

Running standard 5.0.1 on a 4S.
