Had a blackberry before and switched to the iPhone 5 .I've noticed that when on a call, the voice seem's distant from the other person. It wasn't loud like the blackberry. I wasn't on speakerphone and had full signal.

Anyone had this issue ?

Shouldn't be like this. All my calls are loud on my iphone 5 to the point where I have to put it a few notches down from full volume volume.

My old iphone 4 lost most of its volume when I spilled some liquid in the speaker grill, so maybe you have a faulty unit.

Edit: should of mentioned: did you try adjusting the volume when you are actually in a call? That volume setting is not the same one as the volume when using the screen. You have to set it when actually in a call.
