issue with video attachments in emails

I am having a problem with my video attachments on my email. They used to come through just fine. Now, instead of the video screen coming through, I just get the bar that has the play arrow that was at the bottom of the video screen and all I get is audio, no video. I don't know why this happened and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

What format are these video files? Are they .wmv, .avi, QuickTime native .mov? If they are Windows formats, make sure you have the latest version of Perian if you use it, or the latest version of Flip4Mac, or the latest version of QuickTime.

That is...if it's a wmv you're trying to play.
