iPhone Issue with Volume Level (Mute?)

Since upgrading to iOS 9 and iOS 9.0.1, my volume level is always going to the minimum when receive a notification or taking a photo. Haven't exactly worked out what triggers it, but I miss a lot of notifications and calls because my volume always goes to the minimum level, for no reason...
Anyone with this issue too ?
