Issue with Wireless Internet

Hi. I'm a Macbook Pro user running OSX Ver. 10.6.8 and I've recently encountered some trouble with my wireless internet connection. Occasionally, I am unable to connect to the internet. However, if I turn Airport off and then on again, it works fine. None of the my other devices have this problem -- just my Macbook. What steps should I take to ensure my computer regains its stable wireless connection?

do you have bluetooth on? Turn it off and see if you still have the same problem. There is no fix that I'm aware of.
