Issue with YouTube on 2017 rMB

every time the "/" button is pressed on the keyboard YouTube shutters for a few seconds it only happens on youtube. If anyone has any ideas for a fix please let me know.

i tried on my imac mbp and macbook , on all of them after i start a video on youtube and press that key, it place me to search for a video tab, no shutters, no nothing
This was tested only in Safari
