Issues after reset

I have reset my iPhone 5 due to some changes I needed,but it was working fine and perfect before reseting it,so as I reset it,it took time to go off so as it finishes with that I on the phone it came on and show up the progressing apply icon and still this phone does not come on and still showing the apple Icon the whole day

I would be please if I have a directions to use to help me out please
