issues after updating to 10.5.4

HI guys,

i updated to 10.5.4 last week. And since then, my MBP logoffs somtimes. and most apps experience errors launching, even Dock, and Finder, asking me to relaunch stuff.

is there any way i can do a check on my system? tool i can download to look at my system.

Start with some simple things first. Have you done the whole verify and repair permissions with Disk Utility? If not, do it.
