Other Issues getting to Citizens One loan

Hey all,
Happy Valentine’s Day!
So, my credit card info changed and I’m trying to update my payment info for the iPhone upgrade program loan.
When I go to citizens one; it tells me they have a new site for iPhone loans: appleloan.citizensbank.com
But when I go there and login, it goes to “400 bad request” - I’m a little freaked out, and just wondering how the heck I can log in.
Any help appreciated!

My final payment got charged 8/24. I've been logging in and out of that site with no issues.

Have you guys tried giving Citizens One a call and see if you can pay it over the phone?

Got in just fine. How do you see your "final payment"? Mine has $799.04 left to pay. I'm assuming all is well for my upgrade this year?

Checked - yup - seems I have paid of 12 months so I'm good.

My mistake. I meant final payment of the 12 months lol. I upgrade yearly. Go check on apple store app and go to iphone upgrade program and make you are ready to go.

What's this call thing you refer to? Does it involve talking to humans??

They do have numbers who you can speak to a live person at least. 😉

Thanks - I was getting a server 400 error more than a few times trying to get in that day. Just checked and all is fine as you have seen, too. Happy to see my 50% is paid off and all 12 payments are there in the history.
