issues making boot logo for iphone

its in png 24 format with transparency i have gotten 2 images to work as boot logos. i go to more info on the ones that work they are the same as the boot logo thats not coming up right. under 100kb, exactly 320/480px, alpha channel 1, RGB. i dont know what im doing wrong with this one boot logo. HELP
