Issues rebooting - 10.8.2

Is anyone else that has the 10.8.2 build having issues shutting down or rebooting? When I select these options, the machine logs me out instead.

I tried repairing permissions, no dice.

When you paid to be an Apple Developer you signed an NDA so I am not sure that publicly breaking it is a good idea. It might be better if you asked in the Apple Developer Forums that only Apple Developers get access to that way you don't get into trouble. Also since it is covered by NDA and can only be discussed there you you will find a much larger community of people running the beta and should be able to find your answer relatively easy.
