Issues Recording with iShowU and Uploading to YouTube

Hi,

I recently recorded a video of my mac and tried uploading it to youtube. The video aspect was fine but the audio did not work on youtube, although it worked perfectly in quicktime. I read somewhere that it's possible that since I recorded it on my mac, it was of too high quality for a non-mac playback (i.e., youtube).

Any ideas on how to fix this. I had to record my video with another app on my PC (boo!) and I dont want to rely on my PC for anything...
