Went to the apple store today and got hold of an S7. I got a slip advising of the T-Mobile promotion which you need to active a digits account, which i did, then go to the promotions site using the promo code. When entering it says no valid promotion. Any ideas?

You might need to contact T-Mobile. I did the promotion with the new iPhone but the code was wrong provided by Apple (possibly changed by T-Mobile) and with the help of a T-Mobile rep got the right code with one alphabet shouldn't be there. Give that code to T-Mobile rep and let them take a look and it's pretty easy to contact them via chat through their app.

Which plan did you choose? According to T-Mobile's Data Plans for Wearable page:
Can I get device promotions while on the $5 plan?
No. Device promotions are available to customers who have a $10 or more plan. See specific device offer for more detail.
You can downgrade to the $5 plan after your promo is approved.

Also, be sure to omit spaces when entering IMEI.

That’s not at all clear from either the T-Mobile promotions page or the description on Apple’s website. All it says is that you need to activate a new “Paired Digits” plan, which the $5 plan technically is.

You are right, Apple's pages do not indicate such limitation. It's entirely possible that $5 plan is eligible for the promo. But I didn't want to risk getting denied.

Yes, the “Apple Data with Paired Digits” plan is $10. It’s definitely safer since elsewhere the T-Mobile site says you need a $10 plan for the promos. The $5 plan is “Apple Data with Paired Digits TI.”

I can't even find where to redeem it for Verizon I click on the link in the watch page on apples site and it just takes me toy home page on Verizon
