General Issues redownloading iFile

I originally purchased iFile on my iPhone 4S, and then I tried to redownload it on my iPad, but at the install button, I only see a never-ending loading loop. Same at the top left corner next to the Wi-fi logo. Can anyone assist? Thanks.

Edit: I have this issue with another purchase, while a couple others show the install button.

Yesterday I had exactly the same problem with the purchased iFile, in the Purchased menu, on my iPhone 4 5.1.1. After about a minute or two, the reloading stopped and the "Install" icon was presented.

I left the iPad alone and went back to Cydia half an hour later and the download worked again. Must've been server overload.
