Issues Restoring ITunes library

Hi all, a complete newbie here

I put my entire ITunes library on my TC by following these steps

However, in hindsight I should have only put my itunes movie collection onto my TC in order to stream to my Apple TV.

My question is how do I restore my itunes library from my TC back onto my mac?

Any help would be appreciated
