Issues Sending OutLook Email (Comcast ISP) After Big Sur 11.3.1 Update)

Since the update, I keep getting email failures sending with my Comcast IMAP account:

Error: resomta-po-16v.sys.comcast.net resomta-po-16v.sys.comcast.net ESMTP server ready
Details: Mail could not be sent
Error code: -17099

If I keep pressing send/receive, it may eventually send.

Something in the update causing issues with email?
