iPhone Issues using Camera through 3rd Party Apps

I'm using a iPhone 11 Pro running IOS 13.3, and occasionally I have issues when I try to use the camera through 3rd party apps like Whatsapp etc, when I'm in Whatsapp and I press the camera button to take a picture, the camera turns on for a second then the screen turns black and stays like that unable to take a picture, I have to force close the app and try again, it happens with a few third party apps, so I am wondering if it's a IOS 13.3 issue and not a app issue
