Issues when calling after upgrade to 1.1.4.....

So this just started happening after I upgraded a few days ago . I want to know if anyone else is having this problem cause it very annoying. Here goes... whenever I go to call someone the 1st try always ends in a "failed call" then the 2nd time I try it, it works!. Its not just once or twice its ALL THE TIME I try calling someone. This is very annoying now and SMS is slow. I miss calls, voicemail sometimes does come in. I've never jailbroking my phone or hacked it . This is actually my 3rd phone since I got it launch day. Hopefully I won't have to get a 4th one replaced.
