Anybody else having an issue trying to get pre-approved via the Apple Store App that's on T-mobile? When I get to the section that I'm supposed to verify my phone & PIN, an error pops up that reads " Your Account Is Not Eligible to continue. Please Contact T-mbile for More info"

Hit up T-Force on Twitter, and they're saying it's a known issue, but some people are NOT having the issue. Super vague text on which "PIN" you're supposed to use as well.
I'm on a legacy Simple Choice 2x10GB / $100 but I can't imagine that being an issue, right?
With pre-auth's closing at 7pm EST, I'm getting nervous. You'd think this would've been fixed when they launched the ability to process direct via apple store...

I just tried and it went through for me. Not sure if the type of plan I’m on matters though.

Are you on a T-Mo ONE? Or Simple Choice? Did you use your Port PIN or SSN?

are you trying to pre-approve for the iUP? Also try turning off WiFi when you go through the process.

Hmm, I'll give that a shot. Yep, trying to pre-approve for iUP through the Apple Store app.

I have Verizon, and I get to a point where I'm supposed to enter my 4 digit account pin - however it tells me i've tried too many times in the last hour (it told me this the very first time I tried it!) - even after waiting well over an hour to try again.

Hmm.. I went through the pre-approval thing and I don't remember it asking me for a pin, in fact I don't really remember entering any info for t-mobile aside from selecting "t-mobile." I thought most of it was my personal info that was already auto filled for the loan. I obviously paid a lot of attention.

Funny, I get a different error on that page that they can't even find my account information.
