Hi everyone.
My HomePod running 13.4 needs to be constantly rebooted and I can’t reboot it from the app either. Let me explain.
It’s all up and running, at some stage (several times a day) the HomeKit accessories stop responding to the HomePod requests, I get Siri saying that the devices aren’t connected while on Apple Watch or iPhone they still work (both from Siri or the home app). The solution is a reboot of the HomePod but when I go in the home app and select it to scroll all the way down, I don’t see the restart option, just the remove accessory option. I have to unplug it and plug it back in and then it starts to work again for a couple of hours or so, it also allows me to reboot it from the home app, until it stops working again.
see screenshot attached. Any clue? I tried to reset it to factory settings at least 10 times already so that isn’t an option..

Sounds like a bad connection and not sure you can reset it from the Home app if it’s not connected to the network. Can you move it closer to your router and see if that helps? Also, I think you may have forgotten to upload the screenshot...

Oh yes sorry here is the screenshot. Well the HomePod is connected and it still plays music, it just stops responding to HomeKit commands and I can’t restart it from the app.. it won’t show me the option at all. Once I unplugged it and plugged it back in then the option comes back and the HomeKit devices work.... until a couple of hours after when it goes crazy again and I have to reboot......

How long has this been going on? I had a day of craziness from my HomePod that resolved on its own.

Is that screenshot the whole settings page or do you have more options not shown?

Not the whole page but the missing button to restart should be there on top of the remove button..

been going on for weeks, I am turning the lower off and on several times every week
