HomePod Issues with HomePod in scenes

Since updating to the latest software, scenes which include the HomePod playing music from Apple Music, some of my HomePods are working but others just won’t turn on, and in some cases only one speaker plays in a stereo pair, tried rebooting them unpairing and re-pairing them etc... and nothing working.

anyone else having issues?

I have had the same problem. I have done the same things that you have outlined... but the issues still persist. My scenes involve multiple HomePods in scenes playing or stopping media, but when initiated, it's a crapshoot if it will work or not. All other devices (combination of Philip Hue lights and Lutron light switches) work perfectly... it's the HomePods themselves that are at issue.
