Hello all, I've got a serious issue here with Mail. I'm at my wits end and cannot figure out what's going on.

Alright so this all started with a spotlight search through my ISP provided email (Exchange). I never actually found what I wanted but didn't think anything of it.

Fast forward the next morning and all my emails from that day all the way back to August of 2014 were deleted from the server. I checked my ISP's webmail and sure enough they were gone. At this point I thought for sure it was an ISP issue so I contacted them and they had no idea what was going on; all their servers were working and nothing on their end could have caused this.

Lucky for me I have a backup, I loaded the backup and everything was normal again........until the next day. EVEN MORE emails were deleted, up until March 14 this time.

I have not messed around with any of the settings, everything has been the ways it's always been. It honestly all started with that Spotlight search.

I know this is a long shot for someone to know what is going on, so if you can figure it out that would be awesome. IF not please!! I need suggestions for a GOOD replacement! I cannot log on to my ISP webmail all the time, it's like a blast from the 90's over there :p

Help would be much appreciated!

Edit: I should add that I'm on a Mid-14 MBP with Yosemite 10.10.1
