Currently we have issues with a user within our domain,
The users profile currently has lost all her settings programs on apple dock
the ability to be able to save on desktop.

The only feature that has stayed on the users profile are the mapped network drive and access to the printer which seems weird, as surely it should loose all settings if the specific profile has fallen off the network.

The users password was due to expire, which has now been amended to never expire as in the past we have had these issues due to an expired password.

Also when trying to access System Preferences, it loads then crashes. But only on that specific users profile. When logged in as an admin or my own network account all features/programs load correctly.

The main issue is when I'm trying to locate the user profile on the administrator account it doesn't show, it also looks like it is on the network but without the normal functions to edit, create, delete accounts on the mac.

Is there anyway I can either recover or remove that specific profile?

The iMac is running Lion if you require any further details please ask.

A massive thank you for any help provided!
