Issues with my beat for pro?

I haven’t had them for a week and I noticed they been on charge for over 8 hours and the red led is still on? The case is 100% but the earbuds are showing 96%

Do I need to take it to the Apple Store?

I think they are on optimized charging? But I don’t see that setting under the settings for the beats.
