I'm interested in down/upgrading my 1 GHz TiBook for a new 1GHz 12" PowerBook. I would like the smaller form factor, lighter weight, etc. The only games I play are Civ III, The Sims Unleashed, AoEII, and SimCity 4.

-Have the heat issues been resolved or does the 12" still get unbearably hot?
-Will the 32MB GeForce run my games well? (Considering I'll have 768 MB RAM)
-Are there any other issues with the 12" that I should know about?

I would love to get the new 15", but will only get it if the 12" still isn't where it should be. Thanks for any help.

My 12" PB never gets "unbearably hot"... Warm, yes... Hot? no.

they aren't out yet

I purchased my 12 inch the day of the announcement and it isn't set to ship until the 25ht. I haven't heard of anyone getting their's yet, so you will have to be patient, and wait until people can get their hands on them.
