Issues with New Update

Hope everyone is safe and well?

Anyone else having issues since updating to 10.15.5?

when I try and install an app, it does but when opening it I get a message saying the developer needs to update the app and has a grey stop sign kinda of symbol.

Hopefully this is fixed soon - unsure if this is just an apple bug or all those who develop software and now going to need to update it all!

Any thoughts?

Try holding the CONTROL-key while trying to execute the application. Then click on Open button when it presents the warning. You can then execute the application normally after that.
