Hi,

Can anyone help with a couple of issues I have with Office 365 on my macbook pro (early 2015)

PDF's:
I have to review a lot of drawing that are submitted into me, invariably most of the original text within the document is duplicated as an additional text box that sits directly ontop of the original. I can delete this but there are a lot of them, anyone know how I can remove this? Snippet attached

Embedded PDF's within Excel:
I cannot open any PDF's that have been embedded into excel, a dialogue box pops up stating:
Cannot start the source application for this Object. There maybe not enough memory available.

Granted not third world problems, just frustrating and if anyone can help get these resolved it would be appreciated

I think your first issue is some one has switched on comment tracking or change tracking in the PDF look for a toggle in the menu's

Your second one sounds odd are you sure it's embedded and not a link ?
