I wondered if any one else was having issues with Outlook since installing the update.
It seems that Outlook has decided that, for any email received since the install, it can only be permanently deleted when using the keyboard delete key. I also cannot drag those to Deleted Items. Emails received before the install I can still use the delete key.
Help?
