Issues with printer output iOS 11

Hi, all.

I seem to be having a problem that whatever I print from my iPhone or iPad on ios 11 they are scaled significantly down to the top right-hand corner of a sheet of A4. these documents print fine from my mac on high Sierra.

I would really appreciate any help on this.
