I am having a couple of issues with the latest version of a Time Capsule and a Mac running High Sierra.

When trying to access the Time Capsule drive from Finder on the Mac I am asked to enter the password. Every time. Even though I check the "remember this password" box and it's saved in my Keychain. Any suggestions?

Also, the disk on my Time Machine has been running super slow recently. Is there a typical disk read/write it should be performing at? If it's much lower than average I'll take it in for repair since it's still under warranty.

Thanks!

Try deleting “Airport Disk Password” entries from the Keychain app then select “remember this password” again when you connect. Sometimes it seems Keychain gets confused.
I have been getting more annoying network problems with High Sierra - my Time Capsules seem OK but often Finder on an iMac fails to connect to a Macbook on the same network and I have to relaunch Finder (Force Quit menu) to get it back.
