Issues with Voice Memos again

I recorded a voice note yesterday on my apple watch and it appeared instantly on my iPad/iphone but not on my mac and still today it has yet to appear. I have said it before that there are bugs in the Mac version of Voice Memos and this is one of them. Perhaps few use Voice Memos on the Mac to notice the bug and most that use voice memos just use it on their watch or iPhone so the bug has gone unnoticed. Anyone else having this issue?
