iStat Pro Fan Issue

I recently installed the istat widget on my 1.5Ghz PB G4. So far I really like the program, but there is one thing not working correctly. Even when the fans turn on the program reports a fan speed of 0 rpm. Do other people have this problem? Why isn't this working for me?
