For anyone that has iStat Pro, you can change the skin with shortkeys.. instead of clicking settings, waiting for the thing to flip around, and then clicking something that sounds cool, just hit the number keys when the app is highlighted. 2 = Fire, my personal favorite.
For all those that don't have iStat Pro you may want to look into it.. it's a very useful widget for your dashboard. Freeware.
