istopmotion lisence for 1.10.3

I downoaded istopmotion 1.10.3 from boinx. I need a lisence to make this fully operational (so it tells me). Every time I try to find a lisence, I am only able to find them for versions 2.0 and higher. If I purchase a lisence for version 2.0 - will it work for 1.10.3? If not, where can I find a lisence # for this earlier version? I have a mac G4 and cannot use latest version.
