iPad iSwipe issue iOS 7/iPad2

Hello all,

I cannot seem to get iSwipe to function properly! At one point, between uninstalling, reinstalling and updating iSwipe versions, I got the blue trace line to go through all the letters in one word but it never recognized or typed the word out, it just froze up. Before this and currently, the blue line doesn't even trace past two letters and then it freezes.

Do I need to disable some of the original keyboard functions in settings and if so, which ones?

Has anyone else experienced anything similar because I have yet to come across someone that has in my searches for a solution?

Just update to iOS 8 and install SwiftKey from the App Store. iOS 8 is also jailbreakable if you don't want to lose that.

That's a little more work than I was hoping to have to go through, although I really want the swype functionality. I guess I'll just worry about it at a later time when I feel like connecting to the computer to download, move and execute files onto my ipad.

I honestly have no idea, I'm waiting for the Mac version to come out. The one that's out right now is Windows only.
