iSync and Moto T730

So I read where people have gotten their T730 phone to with iSync (this was iSync 1.4). It worked but iSync recognized the T730 as the T720c instead. So I just bought a data cable from Moto and have upgraded iSync to v1.5. According to Apple iSync 1.5 supports the T730 (I don't know which version mine is T730a,b,c...).

After I restarted my phone iSync recognized it. At first it didn't. But it says it's the T720c. So when I try to sync I get this error:

"Can't synchronize contacts to t720c: device is not available"

Has anyone gotten this error before and have they found a way around it?

Well I don't know what happened but now after about 10 tries it worked. I went into my phones address book then shut the lid and pressed sync right away. Odd, very odd. But at least it worked.

maybe it can only sync with the lid closed.
