iSync and Motorola v188

hi, i just picked up a motorola v188 and have read several reports aroung the web of it working with isync, i plug in, it doesn't detect it, last night i find a post on macosxhints.com saying to paste some code into the metaclasses.plist file

so i do that and the phone at least appears now, i hit sync, and after a half hour or so it's doing nothing but connecting and i remember reading that others had the first time take a while, wake up this morning five hours later and it's still "connecting" does anyone have any info on this problem that will help?

are you trying to sync it with a cable or via bluetooth? i think most motorolla phones only work with isync via the usb cable.

never mind, resetting the whole phone seems to have helped and now isync is working nicely with it.
