Since the VE20 is not natively supported by iSync, I've searched for third-party iSync plugins, many, many forums, and tried to follow suggestions on how to get iSync to put my iCal entries onto this phone.
I've contacted places like novamedia.com (who writes plug-ins) and they don't support the VE20.
Some sites suggest that all you have to do is find a similar phone's plugin (such as the V9) and edit the .plist replacing the text from, for example, V9 with VE20, and it should work. But that hasn't worked for me.
And many of the links to supposedly successful plug-ins are no longer working.
I know I should just get a new phone, but this one works perfectly well apart from this annoying syncing issue. I'd get an iPhone but AT&T has very limited coverage in my area, indeed, none at all in some spots.
I get so frustrated with the lack of Apple support by hardware manufacturers, my GPS is the same way.
Can anyone suggest anything (other than "Get a Mac (iPhone)!"
