isync and nokia 6630: maybe not works right?

I've delete all my address book from nokia (having backup, al right) and import it into Snow Leopard Address Book.

With iSync I've sync phone and mac and transfer address book to the phone. Great.

Now, I've modified a details on the phone and redo Sync. Into address book appear the change. Great

But If I change something into address book on Mac and then do sync this changes don't appear on the phone. It's ok this way? Or the change have to appaer into the phone?
