Hi I only used isync once and i got it to connect and sync with my krazr and import my contacts. Now I am trying to use it again and it continuously fails to connect. The message I get is:

[Merryxmas] Connection to the phone failed.
Please make sure that your phone is turned on. If this error occurs again, please restart your phone.
Device Merryxmas synchronization failed.
The phone is on and I turned on bluetooth. I can connect to my phone through my imac's bluetooth as normal and upload ringtones to it that way. No problem there so I'm guessing the problem lies within the isync app? Anyone else experience this and find a workaround?
I have an intel C2D imac
