iSync Updates?

How often does Apple release updates for iSync to support new models of mobile phones? I'm running OSX 10.4.8 with iSync 2.3 (which I believe is the latest version, recent switcher!) and it doesn't support Sony Ericsson K800i. I've spotted a free plugin doing the rounds on Google but for some reason I'm just not convinced. Is it likely that new models will be added to iSync for Tiger or just bundled in the next version for Leopard?

I think i saw an update for iSynce on an auto update the other day.

How old is your phone

I would maybe download the patch.

Thanks ebouwman. I've just had a look at software update and there's nothing new apparently. Got my phone August '06 but think the model came out around April '06. Oh well, maybe they'll address it in the next update?

I don't know, i dont' really use iSync to be honest, if your phone has been out for almost a year i would think that there might not be an update planned.

I looked up the patches on google and that one from http://mobile.feisar.com/ looks like it should work for you.
