Got my first iBook in the post today and been having some trouble with iSync.
Upon my first load I received a message telling me that the program could not load because it was damaged or incomplete.
I was advised to reinstall the program and proceeded to do so using the download from Apple's own site, however now when I try to load the program the icon appears briefly in the dock then dissapears - no load up.
Any advice (step by step please, complete novice) on how to get this piece of software running?
