Seems like NFLX, AMZN, and GOOG are doing rather well (and even better in a sense as far as daily change).

Because of my fear of what would happen because of the White House....I sold all my stock at $180 and left it in my account as cash...Still feel good about it.

Unless you were strapped for cash and needed the money desperately, that was not a smart move.

LOL! Let me trade my way.

When I look at the extra shares I will be buying at a much lower price you will have a hard time convincing me of that. I have over 3800 shares of which I have done quite well selling high and buying low.

But thanks for your input.:p

lol ok chief, I've only worked on wall street for about 10 years and can give you a whole list of reasons why that's a bad strategy with a stock like Apple.... but I won't meddle its your money. I'm sure you've made a lot of money if you really own that many shares, but you would be shocked how much extra earning potential you've cost yourself.

Again, thanks for the info, Chief.

I let someone like you handle my funds once, never again! You sound much like he did when convincing me to handle my IRA. He and likely you care more about what you will make and not what the customer does. For some you might be the answer but I am not doing you folks again.

As far as if you believe me and the stock I own, does not matter to me. It is a large part of my IRA and I worked hard for it.

I am nothing like that as I work for an investment bank and trade with hedge funds, money managers, brokers, etc. I’ve never dealt with individual investors. What you are describing are the equivalent of ambulance chasers in our industry.

He said he worked out what he could have got for them more recently and it made him feel quite sick!

I remember the first time I considered BTC it was less than a dollar. I never did buy any, because who the heck would buy a currency that nobody's ever heard of, based on math they can't understand, invented by a shadowy anonymous person, and backed by the full faith and credit of nothing?

Well apparently lots of people!

Heck if I knew when I started work what I know now I'd have invested in gold or apple shares.
Unfortunately at 15 I invested mostly in beer and nights out!

Very true. I panicked looking at the usual pattern such as last week and sold a few shares beginning of Monday morning. I’ll dollar cost average out but made a sweet gain the past 30days.
