I have always liked to give more than receive. I don't know, I guess I am weird. I just feel better when I give people things, and I would rather work hard, save my money and buy my own stuff.

Maybe I feel like I have a debt to them when they give me stuff.....

Luckily, I do not share this difficulty... so, i will gladly help anyone improve their health, just paypal rjdroll@mchsi.com, it's a sacrifice on my part to receive rather than give, but hey... i'm just a nice guy.

Thank you; you brought a nice smile to my face. That is also very healthy. ;)

I read a similar article that said the same of religion. Those who believe in some Supreme Being and follow the rules of a church or other organization tend to live longer than those who do not. Interestingly, this is the case even when actions frowned upon by many religious organizations (i.e. drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, etc.) are taken out of the equation.
